just called TSC

刚刚给TSC 打电话.一个LADY 接的,说我的NC没有CLEAR,我说我的NC去年就CLEAR了,她坚持说没有,还建议我去INFOPASS 去问问怎么回事.放下电话越想越不对,我打过多次电话,每次都告诉我NC CLEAR 了,怎么突然又没CLEAR呢.五分钟后,我又打了一个,这次是个男的,核对了我的INFO后,告诉我,"good news, your NC is cleared"．　我简直不敢相信我的耳朵，我问他是真的吗，他说他很肯定．告诉我３０天之内有消息．
　　这些人恐怕自己都不知道在说些什么，如果不能提供正确信息，那为什么要提供错误的信息呢．？！！！
