I concurrently submmited my I-140/I-485 on 07/03/2007(PERM based EB2) to NSC.On 09/05 2007,they are transfered to TSC.Now they are transfered back to NSC.It has been 9 months passed and My I-140 is still pending.I want to push USCIS by POJ.I am waiting for my I-140 to change my job.

Could you tell me what is POJ and how to use it?
