I140 RFE. IO is NSC EX656 and haven't heard

anything since I submitted response to RFE on Feb 13th. It has been really sloooow. Does anyone get the RFE from the same IO and had to wait for a looong time?
I am really frustrated while waiting for a decision to be made.
