我的I-485还没批，律师要帮我老婆file I-824。“We will include a rider with the details regarding your wife and confirming that the I-824 is filed for your wife (not you).”我不能file I-824 因为我现在用着EAD呢。有点儿担心，USCIS搞混了，把我的I-485取消，转成CP。
