Some journals list their quarterly hottest 25 papers

that is, the most downloaded papers. I happened to have one paper among the third of 25 hottest paper in 2004. Then I copied that announcement page as supporting evidence in 140 petition, claimed that my publication was outstanding.
If you have one like that, do keep the evidence.
