I called too. Once connected, IO said

Your FP not done, go to ASC to do FP on Sat. I told her that I did FP last May, it is still valid. Without hearing my words, the phone is hung up.Other people got similar
treatment when they called TSC today: "Your FP is not loaded in the system" is the answer, without requiring
A# or Receipt#.
