F. I am filing a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider a decision. My brief and/or additional evidence is attached.

这个属于motion to reopen。现在所有的I-290B统一送到拒你的那个中心，包括appeal，先由他们审查，如果他们同意改判，就批准了，否则上交AOO。

别担心，最近NSC处理MTR非常快，如果他们改判的话，大约2－3星期就有结果。
