You are not H4 anymore, after EAD hass been used.

Even your hu*****and does not use EAD at this moment.
U are using AOS to attend school. If 485 denied, you will need to switch to H4 (when your hu*****and switches back to H1). You can not switch back to F1. Canada LPR doesn't help.
