求救：中国公证

因办理移民急需办理出生和无犯罪记录公证。但原工作单位卡着我的挡案，不给开证明信。咨询了派出所，也说要档案所在单位开证明。
请各位大侠执教有什么办法我能搬出这些公证来。感激不尽。
