根据学校提供的材料，虽然我现在的H1B仍然在处理过程中，但我前一个H1B并没过期（只用了１年）。

我们的情况是我老公今年１月换了工作，是在学校工作，新 的h1的申请已经递 出但还没有批下来,之前 的h1还有２年才到期。
