Finally after being USA for many years, got welcome email last night. I am sure that my FBI name check has not passed, so the new memo is really working for people like me.

EB2 first, PD 8/29/05, 140 approved on 1/06
EB1-b later, 3/16/07, 140 approved on 6/07
Finger Print: 4/25/07.
No LUD on 485 until yesterday.
