I filed WOM last month, and recieved an "Order regarding initial disclosure, joint status report, and early settlement" from court. It setup a deadline for "FRCP 26(f) conference, "Initial disclosures prsuant to FRCP 26(a)(1), and "Joint Status report & discovery plan". What does this mean? and what is the nest step that I should do?
