We(My husband and me) turned green too( NSC EB1A)

Ha, We just got two emails from USCIS, which say our current status is "Card production ordered". Finally we got the chance to report.

Filed 140 & 485 on 9/30/2005, EB1A & NIW to California center
First finger print 10/2005.
140 & 485 RFE on 03/2006. AP 140 on 6/17/06.
NIW was transfered to TSC, we withdrawed NIW later because EB1A was approved at California center first.
485 was transfered to NSC on 03/2007.
Second finger print on 03/2007.
NO LUD since 07/2007.
Pending on name check since 10/2005, called uscis 3 times. Our NC was not clear until 10/2007. The third time call was 03/12/08, have not got response yet. We also wrote to a senator 3 weeks ago about NC status, no response from FBI yet. So we don't know our current NC status.
