PJiang and Xiaobaitu and other friends: Please help for I-94 ca

I submitted my I-485 last summer. For recent I-94 card, because it is attached the bottom of approval I-797 form, I did not tear it off. Instead, I made photocopy the whole I-797 which contain I-94 and did not give individual I-94.

recently, I am doing H1B extension. I did same way (give I-797A with I-94 at the bottom). I was informed from International Office that they need most current I-94. This makes me worry about my 485 case. Is it Ok that I did not tear off I-94, instead, copied whole I-797A and no extra I-94 included.
