Just called TSC

I just called TSC and the lady checked my case and told me again she will report my case to her supervisor (last week when I called, the same lady said the same words). Also she told me they are working on these cases stucked on NC , and they are contacting FBI for theri cases. They are waitting for NC to be released by FBI, then they can approve cases.

I do not know what's the exact meaning of "release" here, and why they contact FBI again considering the memo.

I asked her if my name check is not cleared by FBI, then my case can not be approved. She told me they are working on these cases, if before May 01 or May 02, I do not receive anything from USCIS, call them again.

It seems everything is not certain. and what's the exact meaning of release here? to my understanding, NC is still a requirement.

To my understanding, No body has been granted green cards with a pending NC, although these days, a lot of approval, but nobody call back USCIS to ask if their NC is pending or cleared.

around April 30th, maybe we all just receive a letter saying need additional review and ask you to wait for another 6 months.
