When you say "PD xfer was not completed, so I-1485 is still on EB-3 01/2003", do you mean TSC will process my EB3 I-485 petition based on my EB-3 priority data even though my petion on June 2006 was EB2 category?

I had 2 approved I140s in May 2006.
EB3 with PD: Jan 2003 (AD: Oct. 2005)
EB2 with PD: Jan 2006 (AD: April 2006)
1) In May 2006, neither one was current. So attorney did EB3 PD carried over to EB2. My petition was filed in May 2006. It was returned due to TSC's mistake (I guess it didn't notice PD carried over.)
2) Then in June 2006, my attorney filed my petition again with an explanation letter regarding the clause in immigration law regarding EB priority date carried over. It was accepted and I got EAD, AP in July, Agust 2006.
3) My name check had been completed before Oct. 2007.
This month, I thought my EB2 case with PD carried over should be current and I asked house representative for help on my pending I485. She got back to me that my PD wasnot current. She said TSC told her my PD is Jan 2006, not current yet. I was very upset and don't know what to do?
My question is if TSC accepted my petition, it means it acknowledge the PD carried over, how come it is taking my EB2 I140 PD now?
Next month, even my EB3 PD will be current. Will TSC consider my case based on EB3 category?
