USCIS lost my I-485 application

Just got a mail from an officer of TSC USCIS saying my I-485 application was misdirected from my A-file. They can not allocate my I-485 application and ask me to resend the I-485 application._:mad:

Did anyone have the similar experience?

485 RD: Jan. 2007
