Maybe, make this public or try a class-action lawsuit?

Should we consider making this public and letting the news media know? For example, New York Times, Washington Post, etc., those papers that expressed some comments/critics before. And surely, we won't blame Indian applicants but fighting for our own rights.

Moreover, if we could find legal ground to sue DOS, why not try a class-action lawsuit? And this would surely interest some lawyers because they would make money if the case were won.
