加拿大技术移民-苦等!

以下是我加拿大技术移民申请进程:

1. Submitted application to Buffalo in April 2002.
2. Got first letter (file #) in August 2002.
3. Got second letter (file transferred notice) in May 2003, notifying me my file was transferred to LA to expedite the processing.
4. No further information so far; sent inquiry letter to both Buffalo and LA without any response.

请教专家,内行者,同路人: 现在我的申请是何状况? 还要等多久? 有何办法可催问他们?
