The OISS replied me that if you return to the US using advance parole, you MUSt use the EAD to resume work as the H1b may be considered void after such an entry. This seems not consistent with your ＂再谈 AP 和 EAD 对 F/H 身份之影响".

I plan to using AP to re-entry. Please explain me more and give me more encouragment to using AP because I do not want to re-apply H1 VISA in China and do not want to lose H1 status after using AP. Please give me more advice, deepest thanks to you all.
