被告知我的NC已经clear, it's all up to TSC now, 回来后给TSC打了个电话， 不知是不是最近太多人询问关于MEMO， the representive 还是习惯性的回答要我wait untill April 30 to see how the memo works, I told them that my NC is cleared already, can my case be processed shortly, the answer is, your case is kicking in, just wait, I don't understand what the kick in mean, maybe mean my case is not 'IN' yet, so nothing much I can do now, just wait, sigh.
