CIS is still waiting for the FBI NC clearance to approve your case, but the deadline is Apr 30. If by Apr 30, CIS still doesn't receive the clearance, then it'll approve it. Or on Apr 30, FBI cleared all the backloged NC, CIS will make decisions on all those cases on the same day. So we could see lots of approvals on that day. Of course,from now to Apr 30, FBI clear NC, those cleared cases are finalized by CIS shortly.
