打什么电话查询４８５ status?

EB1A I-140 submitted in Jan. 2007 to NSC, approved in Feb, 2008. I-485 submitted in April, 2007, fingure print Aug. 2007. 以后没有任何动静。查询４８５的status，每次显示的都是４月份递交时状态。今天打了１－８００－３７５－５２８３，听到是跟网络上一样的状态。请问：如何才能让移民官员接电话？我想知道我的case是否已经到了name check已经６个月的状态。
