urgent WOM questions!

I filed NIW EB2 I-140 06/2004 and got approved 05/10/2005. My I-485 was filed 10/20/2004. My case is stuck in NC since 12/2004, so I filed WOM 11/2007. After 2 month extension asked AUSA, I got “Motion to stay in proceeding”, saying that the only reason that they could not adjudicate my case is that PD is not current, so there is no visa number available for us. However, the AUSA said that my PD is 05/10/2005, according to attached “Declaration” from Supervisory Adjudications Officer from TSC. I think they have wrong definition for our PD, which (as printed on my I-485 receipt notice) should be 07/16/2004. Now I am desperately asking help from all the experts, Xiaobaitu, Donkey road, Pjiang, etc. What shall I do about “Motion to stay in proceeding”? How can I correct their misleading “Declaration” about my PD and which U.S code should I refer to? Thanks a lot!!!
