485 批准前提（based on MEMO）: NO EXPIRED FIGERPRINT

Just called USCIS and leanred that (after xferred to IO) I should expect to receive a figerprint appointment notice as my last one was done in Aug 2006. Except this issue, my 485 case does meet all the needed requirements based on the memo. So I believe in order to adjudicate the case, it needs to have non-expired fingerprint. I also reasoned that all the recently-approved cases must have cleared NC. For those just got approved, please confirm this if you can.
