我的EAD申请都快4个月了还没批下来，有啥办法催不？

去年11月中file的EAD, 12月中打过一次指纹，从此就了无音信。。。现在都3月中了，超过了CIS说的90天处理，有啥办法催CIS吗？ 多谢了！
