XiaoBaiTu, PJ, Radiology, and other experts, please help me!

拿到绿卡以后发现绿卡的生效时间是比率卡批准时间早了大概10个月（140收件日期是04/11/2007，批准日期是04/12/2007。485批准日期是02/21/2008。绿卡生效时间是04/11/2007到02/21/2018）。请问这个有问题吗？这会影响将来申请公明的时间吗？如果有问题，怎样改过来？谢谢！
