关于第二次finger print?

我（EB2）和老婆140 和485 2007年11月初同时递交，大约两个星期后接到通知，去克里夫兰作了指纹，现在计划暑期回国，但不知道在什么情况下会有第二次指纹的通知？担心错过。所有人都必须作第二次吗？还是取决于name check? 不大明白，多谢高手前辈指点一二！
