eb2 pd 11/06, i140 ad 10/07,
ap&ead ad 10/07-11/07, 485 rd 08/07 pending
h1b 5th year, just got into SFO from Shanghai in Feb using AP, no h1 stamp, lawyer says my h1 status is still valid as long as I dont use EAD, AP entry no problem, no private room interview at all except going to a different waiting line.
