AC-21

I have changed my job after 6 months of my I-485 filling,new company will send AC-21 to immigration office, but they have no experience of that. Could somebody tell me what kind of documents they have to fill with AC-21,and what is the critical thing they need to take care in order to not effect my green card? Thanks a lot!
