Just called Nebraska Center, this time I was clearly told "your case has been assigned to an IO for final review. Call back if you still don't hear from us by next Friday". This is the most encouraging message I got so far from NSC.
If your case is in Nebraska,PD current, meet all criteria, then we are in the same boat.The light is ahead,let's walk to there together :-)
