我是95年11月来美国结的婚，2006年8月条件计划绿卡面试

Why did you waited 11 years to file? And keep your own non-immigrant status for 11 years while in marriage with the same US citizen (or maybe GC at that time 11 years ago) Of course you will get GC with no condition because you have married for 12 years.
