Replied RFE on 2/13 and haven't got any decision

from USCIS. The officer code is NSC/CLH EX656. My friends got 140 approved within 1-2 weeks after response.
I don't know what happened to my case. Also I have a WOM suit pending with USCIS. I guess it doesn't help much.
