请所有大侠看过来，问个换工作，绿卡申请问题

我现在A公司，三个月前交了EB1B 140/485，BOTH PENDING. 想换到B公司，工作职位内容几乎一摸一样（A和B是COMPETITOR）. 如果A和B公司都同意的话， B公司是否可以FILE 一个MEMO或AMENDMENT 去继承A公司给我FILE的140/485？或类似的途径？
