485 有LUD???

今天发现485有LUD, 原来在TSC的485 has been trasnferred to another location
LINCOLN, NE for processing.

有没有人知道这个location是干什么的？为什么从TSC 转出去呢？

背景：EB3, PD: 01/2003, 140 pending due to security check.140没有任何LUD.

请大侠们指点一下，谢谢。
