Thanks PR. B company can phsically let me stay for a short time but not forever(company's policy). Especially even myself don't how long I have to offically stay with A. B company lawyer says there is small chance to be challenged by USCIS, but it is still risky. It seems that I have to make decision between my job security and my green card now. What's the worst case if my 485 is denied? My LD and I both are working with our EADs.
