父母拒签 - 再预约

据说如果B2拒签以后再预约，　预约的时间会在一个特别的日子，　请问是这样吗？

父母2005年来美国探亲，　6个月延为11个月准时回国。昨天申请再次来美，　结果被拒。准备再约第二次面试。请问有什么好建议吗？　预约的时间会在一个特别的日子吗？
