请教PJIANG：出境＂激活＂签证

Pjiang老师：
我有OPT－H1B 的GAP（7月8日OPT到期，10月1日H1B生效）。我很担心给我的是I-797B，怎么样才能避免出境激活H1B签证呢？
我听说可以办理B2来解决，是吗？
