My hu*****and’s NIW 140 was filed on August 19,2003 and I 485 was filed on Aug 23,2004. NIW 140 was approved on February 18,2005.
My I 485 was filed on Sep.30,2005. My first finger print notice date on Dec.2005.Code 3.My second finger print notice date on February 8,2007. Code 1.
EAD I 765 applications were filed on Jan.23, 2006, and Nov.16,2006 and Oct.15,2007 and got approved.
Hu*****and and son’s green cards got approved on March ,2007.
I 131 AP application filed on April.9,2007 and approved on June 5,2007.
Called USCIS to request status several times on April.,Oct.2007.Name check pending.
Went to infopass to request status twice during 2007.Name check is still pending.
Sent mails to Senators Barack Obama, Dick Durbin, first lady on Oct.23,2007.
I received response on Nov,16,2007 from Senator Obama’s office asking me for Privavcy reaction released form in order to request the status for my I 485 case. On January 4,2008, I received a letter from Obama’s office telling that an inquiry had been submitted to NSC of USCIS on my behalf.
Sent email to Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky on Oct.2007.I received email from her office on February 13,2007 as followings : Our office received the immediately following response from the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) regarding your application for Adjustment of Status (AOS), Form I-485. According to the response, your file was returned to the immigration adjudicating officer for further review.
I received response on Feb.5,2008 from FBI at the US. Department of Justice telling that the letter directed to Mrs. George W. Bush concerning my name check status for immigration purpose was forwarded to FBI for reply and the name check has finalized on Dec.12,2007.The result has been forwarded to USCIS headquarters, Washington DC.
I called USCUS to request status of I 485 on Feb.25,2008.
Yesterday (March 3,2008 ), I received email at 10pm from USCIS: card producation ordered.

So far, all the members of my family got green card approved finally!!!
