Questions about [离境＂激活＂签证]

PJIANG 大师, after reading your blog, I have the following questions.

1. What is "激活＂签证 in English?

2. Why [离境＂激活＂签证是将你在境内的身份违例一笔勾销，不再对你将来调整身份有任何的影响]?
Do you mean that I-485 processing only focuses on applicant's status after the most resent re-entry into US, no matter if he/she has unlawful stay over 6 months or not before [离境＂激活＂签证]?

I heard people got rejection of I-485 due to the unlawful stay over 6 months. Is it because they didn't [离境＂激活＂签证]? Is this record from "Interagency Border Inspection Services (IBIS) check"?

3. If immigration law says [六个月以上的身份违例会造成你三年内不可入境，超过一年的话是十年不得入境。], is it conflict with the above not affecting adjust status (I-485)?
