1：回去不是就没有H1-B身份了吗？或是H1-B六年已经用完，怎么还可以申请延期。我的理解是H1-B延期必须有合法的H1-B身份才能延期。
- When you are outside of US, you don't care of your "status" any more.

2：如果是申请新的H1-B不是延期，那140批了后就可以申请吗？不用等一年后再申请，对吗？那有没有名额的问题？还是延续以前的H1-B。
- Employer may file I-129 for you when you are not physically present in the states, with a starting date of 365 day since PERM or upon approval of I-140, whenever is earlier. You may choose not to be subject to cap, even you are away over 1 year.
