请问xiaobaitu等大侠 - 关于离境一年后H1签证状态reset问题

本人持L1签证在美国工作2年。然后返回中国居留了一年以上。如果我现在以H1签证回美工作，我会有6年H1, 还是只有4年 （因为L1已用掉2年)?
我知道有离境一年就可以get a fresh H1 status.我的问题是这个规定是只适用于已经用完6年H1的情况? 还是我的情况也是用? 我当然希望是后者.
