The secretary of his office gave me totally wrong information about change of address. I won't go into detail since he will know who I am. Anyway, Fan should fire his secretary (her voice sounds like black lady). Otherwise, I will not recommand Fan for anybody. Fan himself is not too bad. His secretary is too too bad
