移民非移民身份pending的尴尬与辛酸，有像我这样的么？同时请指点，多谢！

移民：485pending
非移民：opt过期，转h4 也是pending
来美签证和中国护照：护照过期换发，签证都在剪了角作废的老护照上

结果：
DMV不让考驾照,说没有合法确定的status
找工作没法申请H1,因为没有合法status去申请身份调整,目前只是合法居留期间

于是申请EAD, 到手之后，去DMV再去碰运气，结果需要的SSN Card 丢了。

去补办ssn card, local ssn office, 要 提供 visa with unexpired foreign passport, 这个with 一用，让我心里凉半截，我可是visa 和 unexpired passport 身分两处啊，这，这，唉，

有经验的人能给指点一下出困境的路么？
