请教一个关于绿卡的问题。

我管理硕士毕业。有两个选择：

1。想申请国家利益豁免，本人有硕士论文并有行业内的推荐信，无发表文章。可能性的吗？

2。现在opt，公司给办h1b，最终走向绿卡。

那种途径更好？？？ 谢谢！！！
