Deadline 4/30? just called TSC.

Just called TSC, and was told my individual 485 case has a deadline of 4/30 and should have a decision before that. i am not sure if this is just a same BS before (I know I have a different deadline before which is never been met.) or serious because of the new policy even my FBI NC is cleared a year ago.
Does everybody has the same deadline? any experience?
