I have a pre-completion OPT that allows me work 20hr/week. Currently I am working 10hr/week for the department and get tuition waived (But I don't get any pay check). Now a company hopes me to work 20 hour/week. Is that legal? If not, how much is the possibility that I will be caught by INS. And what is worst result? Thank a lot!
