Tax Question: Graduate program is post-secondary education?

Hi all,
I started a graduate program in 2007 as part time student(only take one class each semester). Can I claim myself as Hope Credit or Lifetime Credit in the 2007 tax form. Does graduate program belong to post-secondary education or not? Thank you very much,
