PJIANG and XIAOBAITU please help. Thanks

I am an H1B holder out of 6 year limit. My I140 was approved last year, 485 is pending. I am on 7 th year H1B.I used AP when I came back from china last month and right now I still work with the same employer. My question is: (1)I am going to change my job later, can I do the H1B tranfer in US without getting H1B stamping outside of America? (2) I know that H1B is till valid as long as I work with same employer. If I can do H1B transfer,is there requirement for how long I have work for the same employer before do the H1B transfer and won't invalidate the H1B status?(3) Can I apply H1B visa (beyond 6 year limit due to I-140 approval) in China? Thank very much for taking my questions!!
