finally get greened though not completely: only my daughter and I got the card, but my wife's case kept silent since our interview at the local office (is this common?). Thanks all friends for their experience and advising.

my case:

EB1-b, June 2004, file I-140 and 485 concurrently at NSC, RFE June 2005, denied March 2006.

EB1-b, July 2006, file 140 at TSC (using almost identical materials) approved on 8/20/2006

Oct 2006, file 485

1/8/2008, interview at local office

2/22/08, received cards, but just for me and my daughter.
